If you're a regular on the streets of Fitzroy, Melbourne then you'll be familiar with Dench Cafe! Supplied by their bake house in Abbotsford, Dench Bakers have been baking natural artisan sourdough, pastries, baked treats and cakes since 2005.
Dench Bakers was formed by John and Tony Dench, the father chef, and son baker team. They began baking handmade organic sourdoughs as they just couldn’t find the bread that they wanted to eat on the market at that time, and Melbourne embraced them.
