Cuvée Chocolate produce stoneground, small batch, traditionally made chocolate that can be paired with the finest drops of the world's most esteemed vineyards and distilleries.
In 2014, Maître Patissier, Chocolatier and Wine Connoisseur Deniz Karaca and his wife Kylie founded Cuvée Chocolate, right at the fringe of the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. The Cuvée Chocolate founders have since dedicate themselves every day to make Cuvée Chocolate the Home of Australia’s most exclusive and iconic range of chocolate.
Cuvée Chocolate's head chocolatier, Deniz, has won many awards, including the title of Savour’s Australian Patissier of the Year and the Australian Chocolate Master and Asia Pacific Chocolate Master.
The Cuvée Chocolate ingredients, including the worlds best single origin cocoa beans, are sourced from across the globe and Cuvée Chocolate pride themselves on using ethical, sustainable and fair-trading practice from bean to bar.
