Delivery & Returns
All orders received before 7AM are shipped the same day. Orders received after 7AM are shipped the next business day.
Orders are shipped Australia wide via Australia Post or Courier depending on products ordered and shipping distance. All orders are packed in a firm carton suitable for postage.
You will be contacted by our office with confirmation of details for your delivery.
Returns
All returns need to be authorised by Nicerteas BEFORE you ship them.
Returns are accepted for faulty or broken products or products not ‘as advertised’. Unfortunately due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns if you simply ‘did not like them’.
