We hope you have had a fantastic Christmas🎄 & New Year 🎉 and are ready for all that 2023 has in store.

We have a feeling that this year is going to be a great one and business is going to booming for us all.

To kick start the year, we are introducing a brand new range which we are super excited about! The cordials, mayos and chilli sauces are new products for us too at Nicerteas, so its rather exciting 😊

Who are Yarra Valley Gourmet Foods?...

Home of the Yarra Valley’s favourite preserves for over 20 years, Yarra Valley Gourmet Foods brings together the freshest Australian local produce to manufacture an inspired and beautifully packaged collection of gourmet salad dressings, jams, jellies, mustards, cordials, chutney/relishes, mayonnaise, and sauces.

Made from the finest, pure ingredients, their all-natural range is handmade in small batches to retain all the flavour and goodness you’d expect of a gourmet product made with love. Put simply, it’s simple food, with extraordinary flavour, from the heart of the Yarra Valley.

Yarra Valley Gourmet Foods are proud of their all-natural, gluten-free jams because they’re made with the best fruit from the Yarra Valley and surrounds to retain maximum colour, freshness & flavour.

Available in a range of sizes and unique seasonal flavours, choose from blackberry, blood plum, fig & ginger, rhubarb & raspberry, mango & vanilla bean & many more!

Mayonnaise

As with all their products, Yarra Valley Gourmet Foods' Mayonnaise is produced with local ingredients making for a proud Australian Mayonnaise! Available in a range of varieties. 

Jelly & Mustards
These Jelly and Mustards are available in a range of traditional flavours. Perfect as an addition around the table and to be shared with the family. 

Salad Splashes

Yarra Valley Gourmet Food’s preservative-free salad dressing and sauce range is guaranteed to elevate your favourite dishes at home. Enjoy their famous premium sauces and Salad Splash dressings, made with the finest local ingredients in the most extraordinary flavour combinations!

Whether it’s for your next BBQ, a simple lunchtime salad, or to make any dinner a special occasion, there’s a seasonal flavour bomb to suit every palate and plate. Cordials & Sauces
As we mentioned above its the first time we have stocked cordials and we cannot wait for you to try them. Available in Pine Lime, Cranberry & Orange and Old Fashioned Lemon.

Yarra Valley Gourmet Foods Sauces are perfect for marinating meats or whipping up a stir fry. Available in a variety of flavours and gluten free varieties.

Mad Dog Chilli Sauces and Jams
Home of the popular Xtra Bite Spicy BBQ Sauce, there’s a heat-level for everyone, but be warned, their chilli hot sauce range is flamin’ hot! Blended with the finest locally-sourced fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices, and made with love in the Yarra Valley. Choose from their delicious blends like Mad Dog Flamin’ Hot Cayenne & Tomato, Habanero & Mango, and Jalapeno & Green Pepper, Mad Dog Chilli Mustard, Chilli Salsa varieties & many more!

Yarra Valley Gourmet Foods amazing kitchen team proudly make their artisan preserves and gourmet foods, ably supported by a labelling and gifting team.

In addition, our 2022 Wednesday crew from the Yarra Ranges Special Development School, along with their carers Jo and Kirsty, assist in making boxes and labelling jelly and mustard. All together they produce the final finished product– a beautifully labelled and branded packaged jar!
