Yarra Valley Mad Dog Xtra Bite Chilli Mustard. Two key ingredients, chillies and Tabasco sauce, make this mustard very hot. Use as an accompaniment to steak, hamburgers and hot dogs. Combine 1/2 cup mustard with olive oil to make a marinade for poultry, pork or beef. Whisk 1 tablespoon with 1/3 cup sour cream and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to create a mustard dressing. Gluten Free but very hot!
