Crafted from cocoa beans grown near Crocodile Mountain in the lush Maria Creek Valley of Tropical North Queensland, this milk chocolate has a very rounded, very creamy base with excellent complexity due to the high cocoa content at 60%. This is very much an "adult" milk chocolate which also appeals to dark chocolate purists
