Elly's Gourmet Confectionary is handmade in Hobart, Tasmania by a dedicated, passionate team.  Established by Sophie Creek in 2014, Elly's Gourmet Confectionary has quickly grown and become a long standing loved confectionary treat at Nicerteas Gourmet Food. 

Elly's produce gluten free gourmet confectionary made from all natural ingredients of the highest quality; free from artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and palm oil. Elly's range is Halal and Kosher compliant.

Elly's Gourmet Confectionary have a number of popular products from their range of fudges (including vegan fudge varieties), salted caramel pop and salted caramel bang.
